Shakira and Kristen Bell didn't let El Nino stop them from wearing frocks fit for summer at the Zootopia premiere in Hollywood.

Kristen was also a splendidly vivid sight in her magenta satin sheath dress with origami folds and a hot red lip.
The sleek hair and embellished clutch also elevated the look to another plane of fabulosity.
